If you are looking for honest career guidance for beginners, you are in the right place. Being honest with you, I did not begin FobiaJobs and know it all. I started it because I did not. My name is Bilal Qadeer. I am a new graduate in Pakistan, and as most of the readers of this post will know, I spent much of my time in the post-study period feeling completely flustered as to what to do next. All those around me appeared to have an agenda.

My relatives had opinions. My parents had expectations. My friends were in various directions. And there I sat, in a state of panical silence, and I really did not know where to start.

I searched online. I read articles. I took career quizzes to present the best Career Guidance for beginners. However, the majority of what I had discovered was either too general or it was targeted towards a totally different scenario, and merely a list of job titles and no real instructions behind it. It is then that I resolved to make something different.

What FobiaJobs Actually Is

FobiaJobs is not a job board. It is not a recruitment agency. It is not a duplicate of some other generic career site that has been copy-pasted. It is the guide that I truly wish I had at the time I was starting off.

All the articles in this site are composed towards one type of person whom is smart, capable, and willing to work, he/she has not been directed towards the right direction yet. It is a platform designed to serve the needs of all those who are students at the end of their intermediate years, fresh graduates who are simply trying to find their footing or even those who do not mind starting over in a new direction.

All the contents of this site are the results of actual research, real experience, and an actual interest in helping people make career choices that are not so frightening and making it less frightening than it felt to me when I was starting.
